This conference room, often referred
to as the A. M. Best Room because of the numerous Best
volumes stored there, is located on the second floor of
the library. It is ideal for very small meetings or
appointments with clients. There is seating for four-six
people around the table, though up to ten could be
comfortably accommodated in the room.

The larger of
the two conference rooms, this room is located on the
first floor of the library (behind a "secret" door). The
large table comfortably seats 12 people but there is
space for up to 30 people when utilizing all of the
surrounding area. Just off of the conference room, is a
smaller room referred to as the Sanborn Map Room because
of all of the maps it houses. This room works well if
the meeting involves catering, the two tables in the
room easily hold the food (though we do ask you to take
special precautions around the maps).

We have four classrooms on site (only
two are pictured below). The classrooms are equipped
with white boards and screens as well as tables and
chairs for up to 18. Our classrooms are frequently in
use because of the insurance courses we conduct, but
depending on the time of day/day of the week we may have
one available for reservation.
