Order Processing and Shipping
The Insurance Library staff
processes orders Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM until 5:00 PM.
Processing of an order will begin the same
day that the order is placed, unless the order is placed after business hours or
on a weekend or holiday, in which case the order will be processed at the start
of business the next business day.
Processing involves receiving your order,
processing the payment or invoice, and packing any texts/materials for shipping.
Processing time is usually takes anywhere from 1 to 3 business days.
However, if the text that you have ordered is on backorder with the publisher,
the order may take longer to be fulfilled. We will contact you if this is
the case with your order, and keep you apprised of the situation. If your
text is on backorder and you wish to cancel the order, simply email
mstefanow@insurancelibrary.org or fax a request to (617) 723-8524.
When we receive
confirmation that your item has shipped, you will receive a shipping
notification email from us containing your UPS tracking number. With this
number, you have 24-hour access to monitor the progress of your package as it is
in transit to you.
